此 條 款 及 細 則 詳 述 電 訊 盈 科 提 供 之 網 上 行 寬 頻 上 網 服 務 計 劃 之 條 款 及 細 則 。 如 有 差 異 ， 請 以 此 條 款 及 細 則 之 英 文 版 作 最 終 裁 決 。
These Terms and Conditions specify the terms upon which PCCW offers to supply the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Internet Access service under the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND service plan ("Plan") in accordance with the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Terms and Conditions ("Offer"). In case of any discrepancy,please refer to English version of these Terms and Conditions for final judgement.

1. 此 優 惠 只 適 用 於 網 上 行 寬 頻 上 網 服 務 之 住 宅 用 戶 。
   The Offer only applies to residential subscriptions to the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Internet Access service only.



2. 此 優 惠 只 適 用 於 新 申 請（申 請 客 戶 不 能 於 2001 年 10 月 1 日 或 之 後 為 網 上 行 寬 頻 服 務 之 有 效 客 戶）網 上 行 寬 頻 上 網 服 務「一 人 一 寬 頻 計 劃」或「3M / 6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」之 客 戶 。
   The Offer only applies to new subscriptions (applicant must not be active subscriber of NETVIGATOR BROADBAND service on or after October 1, 2001) to the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Internet Access service "Multi-User Plan" or "6M / 3M Single User Plan" only.



3. 客 戶 必 須 承 諾 連 續 使 用「一 人 一 寬 頻 計 劃」或「 3M / 6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃 」 最 少 18 個 月 ， 方 可 享 獲 此 優 惠 。
   To enjoy the benefits of the Offer, subscribers must commit to the "Multi-User Plan" or "6M / 3M Single User Plan" for at least 18 months.



4. 客 戶 於 首 18 個 月 承 諾 連 續 使 用 「一 人 一 寬 頻 計 劃」或「3M / 6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 服 務 期 間 ， 可 享 獲 網 上 行 無 限 寬 頻 上 網 服 務 優 惠 ( 即 客 戶 不 須 繳 付 額 外 之 使 用 時 間 費 用 ， 但 仍 須 繳 付 月 費 及 其 他 有 關 費 用 ) 。 由 第 19 個 月 起 ， 若 客 戶 並 非 有 效 之 now.com.hk 用 戶 ， 其 服 務 計 劃 將 回 復 每 月 100 小 時 ( 適 用 於「3M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 用 戶) ， 每 月 200 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (2人) 計 劃」 及 「6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 用 戶 ) 及 每 月 400 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (4人) 計 劃」用 戶 ) 寬 頻 上 網（即 客 戶 須 繳 付 該 月 100 小 時 ( 適 用 於 「3M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶 ) ， 200 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (2人) 計 劃」及「6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 用 戶 ) 及 400 小 時 (適 用 於 「一 人 一 寬 頻 (4人) 計 劃」 用 戶 ) 以 外 之 使 用 時 間 費 用） 而 不 能 享 有 網 上 行 無 限 寬 頻 上 網 優 惠 ( 若 客 戶 為 有 效 之 now.com.hk 用 戶 ， 詳 情 請 參 閱 now.com.hk 優 惠 條 款 及 細 則 第 1 點)。
   Subscribers will only be entitled to receive Unlimited BROADBAND Internet Access (which means that no timed usage charges will be levied against the subscriber. The subscriber will still be liable for monthly fixed access fees and other charges.) during the 18-month commitment period. From 19th month onwards, if the subscriber is not an active subscriber of the now.com.hk service, the subscriber will only be entitled to 100 free hours (applicable to "3M Single User Plan" subscibers), 200 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (2 Users) Plan" and "6M Single User Plan" subscibers) or 400 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (4 Users) Plan" subscribers) of Internet Access a month (which means that the subscriber will only be charged a timed usage charge for Internet Access in a month where the subscriber has used more than 100 free hours (applicable to "3M Single User Plan", 200 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (2 Users) Plan" and "6M Single User Plan" subscribers) or 400 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (4 Users) Plan" subscribers) of Internet Access in that month) and will not be entitled to Unlimited BROADBAND Internet Access (For those active subscriber of now.com.hk service, see paragraph 1 of now.com.hk Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions for more details).



5. 若 客 戶 於 承 諾 使 用 服 務 期 內（由 寬 頻 網 絡 成 功 安 裝 當 日 起 18 個 月）終 止「一 人 一 寬 頻 計 劃」或「3M / 6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 ， 或 轉 用 其 他 服 務 計 劃 ， 客 戶 將 不 能 享 有 該 服 務 計 劃 之 優 惠 ， 而 電 訊 盈 科 將 會 收 取 相 等 於 承 諾 服 務 期 之 餘 下 月 份 每 月 $150 之 金 額 作 為 提 前 終 止 服 務 之 費 用 。
   If a subscriber terminates the "Multi-User Plan" or "6M / 3M Single user Plan" or changes to an other NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Internet Access service plan within the minimum commitment period (18 months from the date of the installation of the BROADBAND line) the subscriber will not be entitled to the related special offer. PCCW will also charge the subscriber $150 for each month that would have been remaining in the minimum commitment period as a penalty to the early termination of the commitment period.



6. 電 訊 盈 科 將 於 客 戶 之 寬 頻 網 絡 安 裝 完 成 後 大 約 4 至 6 個 星 期 以 掛 號 郵 件 郵 寄 至 客 戶 之 安 裝 地 址 通 知 有 關 換 領 贈 品 事 宜 。 客 戶 須 於 換 領 信 內 所 列 之 換 領 限 期 內 到 指 定 之 地 址 換 領 贈品。
   PCCW will send the redemption letter by Registered Mail to subscriber's installation address approximately 4 - 6 weeks after the completion of the BROADBAND line installation. Subscribers are required to redeem the premium from a designated address within the redemption period specified in the Redemption Letter.



7. 若 客 戶 未 能 於 禮 品 換 領 通 知 書 上 指 定 日 期 內 換 領 禮 品 ， 該 禮 品 之 換 領 權 將 被 取 消 ， 而 客 戶 將 不 獲 任 何 補 償 。
   The Premium must be collected by the subscriber from the redemption house within the redemption period specified to the subscriber by the redemption letter. The Offer to redeem the Premium will be forfeited, and subscriber will not be entitled to any compensation.



8. 此 優 惠 不 能 兌 換 現 金 及 轉 讓 他 人 或 與 其 他 優 惠 計 劃 同 時 使 用 。
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.



9. 電 訊 盈 科 互 動 多 媒 體 有 限 公 司 保 留 權 利 隨 時 終 止 以 上 優 惠 ， 或 調 整 有 關 費 用 與 條 款 及 細 則 而 無 須 另 行 通 知 。
   PCCW IMS Limited reserves the right to terminate the above Offer, to adjust all fees & charges and to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
