此 附 帶 條 款 及 細 則 詳 述 電 訊 盈 科 互 動 多 媒 體 有 限 公 司 ("電 訊 盈 科") 提 供 之 now.com.hk 服 務 計 劃 之 條 款 及 細 則 。 如 有 差 異 ， 請 以 此 附 帶 條 款 及 細 則 之 英 文 版 作 最 終 裁 決 。 These Supplementary Terms and Conditions specify the terms upon which PCCW IMS Limited ("PCCW") offers to supply the now.com.hk service under the now.com.hk service plan ("Plan") in accordance with the now.com.hk Terms and Conditions ("Offer"). In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these Supplementary Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. 客 戶（只 適 用 於 申 請「一 人 一 寬 頻 計 劃」或「3M / 6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」之 客 戶）在 正 式 開 始 使 用 now.com.hk 服 務 後（請 參 閱 本 條 款 及 細 則 第 2 點）， 方 可 享 有「網 上 行」無 限 寬 頻 上 網 服 務 優 惠 ， 即 客 戶 不 須 繳 付 額 外 之 使 用 時 間 費 用 ， 但 仍 須 繳 付 月 費 及 其 他 有 關 費 用 。 如 客 戶 未 有 正 式 使 用 now.com.hk 服 務 ， 其 服 務 計 劃 仍 維 持 於 每 月 100 小 時 ( 適 用 於「3M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶 ) ， 每 月 200 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (2 人) 計 劃」及「6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶 ) 及 每 月 400 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (4人) 計 劃」用 戶 ) 寬 頻 上 網（即 客 戶 須 繳 付 該 月 100 小 時 ( 適 用 於「3M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶 ) ， 200 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (2人) 計 劃」 及「6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶) 及 400 小 時 ( 適 用 於「一 人 一 寬 頻 (4人) 計 劃」用 戶 ) 以 外 之 使 用 時 間 費 用）而 不 能 享 有「網 上 行」無 限 寬 頻 上 網 優 惠 。 此 外 ， 如 客 戶 終 止 使 用 now.com.hk 服 務 或 本 公 司 終 止 now.com.hk 服 務）， 寬 頻 上 網 使 用 時 間 將 回 復 至 每 月 100 時 ( 適 用 於 「3M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」 用 戶 ) ， 每 月 200 小 時 ( 適 用 於 「一 人 一 寬 頻 (2人) 計 劃」 及「6M 個 人 獨 立 專 線 計 劃」用 戶 ) 及 每 月 400小時 ( 適 用 於 「一 人 一 寬 頻 (4人) 計 劃」用 戶 )。 Subscribers (who have subscribed to "Multi-User Plan" or "6M / 3M Single User Plan") will only be entitled to receive Unlimited BROADBAND Internet Access (which means that no timed usage charges will be levied against the subscriber. The subscriber will still be liable for monthly fixed access fees and other charges.) when the subscriber activates the now.com.hk service (see paragraph 2 below on how to activate the service). Where a subscriber fails to activate the now.com.hk service the subscriber will only be entitled to 100 free hours (applicable to "3M Single User Plan" subscribers), 200 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (2 Users) Plan" and "6M Single User Plan" subscribers) and 400 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (4 Users) Plan" subscribers) of Internet Access a month (which means that the subscriber will only be charged a timed usage charge for Internet Access in a month where the subscriber has used more than 100 free hours (applicable to "3M Single User Plan" subscribers), 200 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (2 Users) Plan" and "6M Single User Plan" subscribers) and 400 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (4 Users) Plan" subscribers) of Internet Access in that month) and will not be entitled to Unlimited BROADBAND Internet Access. In addition where the customer terminates the now.com.hk service (or PCCW terminates the now.com.hk service) for cause, the customer shall only receive 100 free hours (applicable to "3M Single User Plan" subscribers), 200 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (2 Users) Plan" and "6M Single User Plan" subscribers) and 400 free hours (applicable to "Multi-User (4 Users) Plan" subscribers) of Internet Access a month and will not receive Unlimited Internet Access a month from the date of termination.
   
   
2. 月 費 將 於 now.com.hk 服 務 啟 用 後 收 取 。 now.com.hk 服 務 將 於 符 合 以 下 條 件 後 啟 用 :
   The monthly service charges for now.com.hk shall be imposed upon activation of the now.com.hk service. The service will be activated when:
   (a) 寬 頻 網 絡 已 成 功 安 裝 The NETVIGATOR BROADBAND line is installed; 及AND
   (b) 用 戶 須 登 入 now.com.hk 及 於 網 上 接 受 now.com.hk 之 條 款 及 細 則 或 電 訊 盈 科 為 客 戶 啟 用 now.com.hk 服 務 。 The subscriber logs in to now.com.hk and accepts the now.com.hk Terms & Conditions online or the now.com.hk service is activated by PCCW for the subscribers.
   
   
3. 客 戶 於 2001 年 12 月 11 日 至 2002 年 2 月 2 8 日 期 間（即 優 惠 期 間）申 請 now.com.hk 服 務 ， 可 於 優 惠 期 間 免 費 登 入 now.com.hk 服 務 ， 即 客 戶 於 優 惠 期 內 可 獲 豁 免 每 月 $30 之 服 務 月 費 ， 而 其 他 收 費 節 目 將 按 次 收 取 。 Subscribers who accept the Offer from December 11, 2001 to February 28, 2002 (the "promotion period") are entitled to enjoy the "Free Pass" and will not be charged the monthly service fee of $30 during the promotion period. However, pay-per-view items will be charged accordingly.
   
   
4. now.com.hk 服 務 以 月 費 為 計 算 單 位 ， 而 部 份 內 容 則 以 逐 次 收 費 形 式 徵 收 。 有 關 服 務 月 費 收 取 方 法 ， 請 參 閱 有 關 「 網 上 行 」寬 頻 上 網 服 務 申 請 表 內 「付 款 辦 法」一 欄 。 now.com.hk 服 務 月費 HK$30 將 於 2002 年 3 月 1 日 起 自 動 開 始 收 取 。 The now.com.hk service fee is calculated on a monthly basis and certain programs are charged on a pay-per-view basis. For details on the charging of the monthly service fee, please refer to "Payment Method" in the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Internet Access service application form. The now.com.hk service fee of HK$30/month will be charged from March 1, 2002 for those subscribers whose now.com.hk service have been activated.

電 訊 盈 科 保 留 權 利 隨 時 終 止 以 上 優 惠 ， 或 調 整 有 關 費 用 ， now.com.hk 條 款 及 細 則 與 此 附 帶 條 款 及 細 則 而 無 須 另 行 通 知 。 PCCW reserves the right to terminate the above Offer, to adjust all fees & charges and to amend the NETVIGATOR BROADBAND Terms & Conditions, the now.com.hk Terms & Conditions and these Supplementary Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
