By Mail

1) Mail a crossed cheque payable to " PCCW " with the payment stub to GPO Box 5395 Hong Kong.
2) Write your receipt a/c no. on the back of the cheque and send it 3 working days before the payment due date.
3) Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
4) No receipt will be issued.

In Person

Please bring along the bill and we accept
1) cash or cheque payment at :
all Post Offices (except mobile Post Office) - only applicable to Paper Bill with bar code at the back.
2) cash payment only at 7-Eleven Stores

To avoid service suspension and the service reconnection fee of HK$200 for NETVIGATOR BROADBAND and HK$100 for NETVIGATOR 56K Dial-up, please pay before the due date shown on the first page of this bill.

All enquiries or disputes concerning any bill(s) must be made to the company within one month of the relevant bill issue date. Otherwise, the bill(s) will be considered in good order.
